PROTEIN STRUCTURE PREDICTION

In order to battle the Corona-virus it is vital to understand and characterise this viral family starting with the so-called protein structure. Knowing this structure is important to determine how the virus ‘works’. Discovering protein structures however is a difficult and lengthy process often having no results. Researchers have been using predictive models to contribute to this discovery.
